Failed attempt and after failed attempt, the US tries again.
After the United States coup d'etat attempt in oil rich Venezuela failed, then an economic devastation at the hands of the United States began and failed, then a media campaign to change public perception hailing the young Obama like Guaidó as the peoples President of Venezuela, began and failed. The United States is now attempting to use the drugs as the newest reason to tear Venezuela apart and steal its oil rich fields and coastal waters as the United States starts to transition out of the middle east and into Venezuela, who has almost just as much oil reserves as Saudi Arabia.
Maduro cant be anymore guilty than President Reagan who is known as the ‘Godfather of Cocaine’ inside of Washington DC, or anymore guilty than George W. Bush and Dick Chaney as War Criminals.
