If you have ever been to Mexico, you will be sure to remember the band of army trucks fitted with armed men holding down machine guns. This is a scene often seen in Mexico. In even the best of neighborhoods !!!
This show of force, is a sign of weak governing. It is meant to send a sign to the locals to show them who is boss. These type of theatrics are just carrying the traditions of the original colonizers in muffling the people, because there is no trust between the community and the government, as there shouldnt be, since the Mexican government at all levels is very deceptive.
There is no democracy in Mexico, it is a country run by gun, die by the gun.
